➞ Please note that parties and loud music are not permitted in this property. It is in a very peaceful residential area.



➞ Any disturbances caused will result in a £250 penalty fee.



➞ A replacement fee of £100 will be charged for any lost keys.



➞ The property is professionally maintained and cleaned immediately after every guest checks out and upon request can be provided during your LONG term stay.



➞ We provide professionally cleaned good quality linen and towels.



➞ Please note that we require all our guests to provide names of all guests staying and lead guest ID and security deposit prior to check in which will be requested through a secure link via the Airbnb messaging service.
